Michelle Fogarty

Co-founder & COO, Peptalk

Michelle is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a Degree in HR & Accounting. She also holds various other qualifications including a diploma in spinal maintenance, a national certificate in exercise and fitness and is an ex-international athlete.  She has over 15 years’ experience, including many high-profile international start-ups such as Twitter, Blizzard Entertainment and many more.

Michelle is the co-founder and COO of PepTalk, the digital wellbeing solution that unlocks the potential of teams. She sits on board of the award-winning non-profit Sailing into Wellness and is a founding board member of SERI (Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland), alongside being an advisor for several non-profits and tech start-ups.
